Our client is a full service solutions provider that emphasizes security, accessibility and transparency for its clients. Its solutions are used widely across both the US and Canada. As a result of a recent promotion, they are currently hiring a Financial Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for forecasting and reporting financial information, reporting on variances, assisting with the implementation of project accounting, and supporting the planning process.
• Support cross-functional teams by preparing business cases, developing financial models including cost/benefit and ROI analysis.
• Assist the Finance Department with strategic initiatives as required.
• Completion of the payroll for both the Canadian and US organization.
Experience:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of analytical experience is required.
• Working towards a Canadian Accounting designation (CMA, CGA) is an asset for this role.
• Very strong systems experience, and above average Excel skills are a must.
• Previous experience with Great Plains software would be preferred.
