When you deal with the Abacus Resource Group, you won’t be handed a stack of 10 potential candidates—some qualified, some with mildly related experience. You’ll receive three to four select recommendations tailored to your needs.

Our Selection Process
- Meet with client to discuss requirements and company culture
- Meet with and screen each candidate personally
- Identify three-to-four potential candidates for the position
- Present a short list of qualified individuals
- Arrange and coordinate interviews
- Complete background checks and references

- Meet with candidates
- Review job history on a role-by-role basis
- Understand the key skills brought to each job
- Discuss management style and relevant supervisory experience
- Perform basic competency testing for Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc., as required
